Jack Monroe teams up with Sainsbury's

British blogger Jack Monroe, best known for her food blog A Girl Called Jack, has teamed up with Sainsbury's to front its Make Your Roast Go Further campaign from January 1 to February 15.

Monroe, who also campaigns on poverty issues, is joined by Gastrogeek blogger Rejina Sabur-Cross, My Daddy Cooks blogger Nick Coffer and Pam Clarkson, a 73 year old grandparent from Leeds, who will all share their tips for using leftover food from Sunday roasts. Sarah Warby, Marketing Director at Sainsbury's commented 'All are "local heroes" who've built up their influence from the grassroots within their own communities, so it's great to give them a broader platform to share their approaches'.
